Total Body Vinyasa Flow Yoga – 50 Minutes

This is a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class appropriate for intermediate and strong beginner students. The practice is 45 minutes followed by a 5 minute Savasana. We work and stretch the entire body. Hope you enjoy this mindful yoga flow filmed outdoors (complete with the sounds of nature!). Feel energized and rejuvenated!
