15 Minute Gentle Morning Yoga Stretch & Flow (for Waking Up)

This is a gentle morning yoga class to wake you up and get you ready for your day. We flow through simple poses and stretches with minimal instruction. The practice starts lying down on the mat and ends in mountain pose. Nine minutes into the video, my mother-in-law’s cat suddenly appears and joins me on my mat!
