Gentle Hatha Flow Yoga for Beginners – 45 Minutes

This is a 45-Minute Gentle Hatha Flow Yoga Class appropriate for all levels. We start with an easy standing flow sequence to work and stretch the entire body. In the second half of the class, we spend a lot of time on the floor with longer holds. There is a 5-minute Savasana and then we close the practice together.
