This is a 45-minute Yin Yoga practice for all levels. There are modifications for pregnancy too. Beginners will benefit from shorter holds of 1-3 minutes (Typical yin yoga classes hold for 3-5 minutes). We do a balanced practice of forward folds, backbends, twists, side bends, and lower body stretches. We end with 5 minutes of Savasana and close the practice together. I recommend having one or two blankets ready. If you have yoga props, grab a bolster and one or 2 blocks. For prenatal yoga, props are very helpful in adapting the poses to accommodate your growing belly.
