Dynamic Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga Workout for Total Body Strength – 30 Minutes

This is a dynamic Power Vinyasa Flow yoga class. In this 30- minute yoga practice, we build strength in the entire body. We explore plank and side plank variations, different chaturangas and pushups, arm binds and twists, and many more. The class is “standing poses only” – we start in mountain pose and end in mountain pose.
