45 Minute Wrist Free Hands Free Total Body Yoga Flow Class – Strength Flexibility Balance

Try this yoga flow class WITHOUT Downward Dog, Plank, and Chaturanga! This is a well rounded yoga practice appropriate for intermediate and strong beginner students. Keep an open mind and try this out! It’s nice to give our wrists and shoulders a break from the usual vinyasa sequence. We work for about 40 minutes and I leave you with 5 minutes of Savasana music at the end.
