Gentle Bedtime Yoga for Relaxation and Sleep – 25 Minutes

Release tension, relieve stress, and relax deeply in this gentle yoga practice. Get your body and mind ready for sleep with 20 minutes of seated stretches and restorative poses followed by a 5 minute Savasana. This is a wonderful way to end your day.

I recommend using a bolster (or any dense pillow/pillows) and a folded blanket. You can even practice in bed and go straight to sleep. ūüôā
