This is a short and simple yoga flow sequence – Yoga for a Healthy Spine. We focus on the 5 movements of the spine: Spinal Extension (backbends), Spinal Flexion (rounding the upper back), Spinal Rotation (twists), Lateral Flexion (side stretches), and Axial Extension (vertically elongating the spine). I recommend this for all levels of yoga students.
