All Levels

Here you’ll find FREE yoga classes suitable for all levels. Videos range from 15 minutes to a full hour practice. I offer modifications for the poses so you can work at the pace and intensity that is right for you. Visit my YouTube channel for more free videos!

Intermediate and Strong Beginners

Here you’ll find Yoga Flow classes in different lengths for intermediate students and strong beginners. Some are Vinyasa flow style while others are wrist-free and hands-free yoga flow practices. There is minimal instruction in most of the basic poses to give you a chance to tune in to your breath and enjoy your own exploration.

Intermediate and Advanced

Here you’ll find strong and dynamic yoga classes to build strength, flexibility, balance and mental focus. Some are Power Vinyasa videos and others are yoga flows that work up to a fun and challenging peak pose. I recommend this for injury-free students with more experience and are familiar with most yoga poses.

Wrist-Free Hands-Free Yoga Flow

Here you’ll find yoga flow classes WITHOUT Downward-Facing Dog, Plank, and Chaturanga. Enjoy a flowing sequence without putting weight on your wrists, shoulders, and arms. These are perfect for those with carpal tunnel syndrome, shoulder injuries, tendinitis, and other issues.

Yin, Restorative, and Gentle Stretch

Here you’ll find a variety of videos to help you relax, stretch, and meditate. Classes include Yin Yoga (Deep Stretch), Restorative, and Gentle Yoga. These practices are recommended for all levels and some are even prenatal-friendly.

Tutorials and Tips

Here you’ll find instructional videos on yoga poses, breakdown of the vinyasa sequence, how to use yoga props, and other useful tips to help you in your practice.
