This is a short and simple vinyasa flow yoga sequence. It’s perfect for busy days when you just want to move your body, get a good stretch, and focus your mind. This is a well-balanced routine that starts in mountain pose and ends in Savasana (I leave you in Savasana and you can stay as long as you wish). I recommend this for intermediate and strong beginners who are already familiar with most common yoga poses because there is minimal instruction and we don’t hold poses for very long.
